AT THE CORE: Toccin is giving Saks first dibs on its new “Core Collection.”
It’s a line of 13 classic wardrobe pieces based on Toccin’s most popular styles, particularly the signature tie-front knitwear, as well as seasonless fabrics, blazers, shirtdresses, cardigans, T-shirts and slacks, and mixing and matching. The concept is to create a wardrobe foundation. Toccin is also offering two belt styles, which is new for the brand. Prices range from $115 to $495.
“It has been exciting for us to expand our Toccin collections over the past four years into new categories including knitwear, outerwear and now essentials in the Core Collection launching first with Saks,” said Michael Toccin, cofounder of the Toccin brand along with his wife Alex. He serves as chief executive officer and creative officer; Alex is chief marketing officer and head of communications.
“The Core Collection consists of our most popular signature styles, including our bestselling Rita cardigan and our signature tie-front silhouette, in our season-less fabrics that are perfect for traveling and layering,” said Alex. “We want all women who wear the Core Collection to feel comfortable, confident and stylish.”
